Individual Coaching
Fast Forward Package

What’s your “it”? Are you ready to make it happen? This package is designed for leaders who are ready to take their life and leadership to the next level of fulfillment and effectiveness.

The Fast Forward package includes:

• Two individual Custom Coaching sessions per month
• Unlimited e-mail support
• Subscription to the “Leader’s Link” newsletter
• Discounts on workshops and teleclasses

Cost: $135 per month

Peak Performance Package

Ready to move at light speed? The Peak Performance package will help you transform yourself and your organization.

The Peak Performance package includes:

• Three individual Custom Coaching sessions per month
• Unlimited e-mail support

• Discounts on workshops and teleclasses

Cost: $200 per month

Individual Package Discounts:

• 5% discount for a 6-month commitment paid in advance

HelpLine

Custom Coaching on an as-needed basis.

Cost: $80 per session or five sessions for $350, to be used anytime as needed.

DiSC Profile  

One of the keys to leadership effectiveness is knowing your personality and the way you relate to others and your environment. The DiSC personality profile is a nonjudgmental tool for understanding behavioral types. The assessment is self-scored but we will discuss your results and the implications for your leadership. You will also gain a greater understanding of others through awareness of temperament and behavioral styles.

• DiSC profile for current individual clients: $30
• DiSC profile and 1 hour of coaching: $95
• DiSC profiles and consultation for current group clients: $30 per person
• DiSC profiles and one-time group consultation: $125 plus $30 per person
