What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
At Forward Leadership, coaching and consulting are both collaborative relationships. In a coaching relationship, the client – usually an individual or team – determines the focus of conversation, while the coach uses questions and observations to help provide clarity and direction. In a consulting relationship, on the other hand, the consultant is viewed as the expert who brings his/her knowledge and experience to the organization and its key leaders.
How do teleclasses work?
Once you have registered for a particular class, you will be assigned a call-in number and/or PIN to gain access to the class. At the designated time, just call the number to connect to the group. You will also receive more detailed information with your teleclass registration confirmation.
Do you work with out-of-state clients?
Definitely! Coaching and teleclasses take place over the phone, so distance isn’t an issue. For national or international consulting or speaking engagements, please contact us to discuss the details of your situation.
How much do you charge for your services?
Costs vary depending on the service, length of commitment, etc. Please click here for more information about ministry coaching packages and other services.
Do you work with non-ministry clients?
Absolutely! Leadership principles apply to any setting, whether a church, nonprofit, large corporation, small business, or even a family. For more information about non-ministry rates and customized services, please contact us.
How do I pay for coaching and other services?
We happily accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will receive a monthly invoice for services.
Since you live in North Carolina, are you a UNC fan or a Duke fan?
Carolina all the way! I’m a proud “Tar Heel wed”, and my two favorite teams are UNC and anyone who plays Duke. Go Heels! |
